In addition to the usual call for academic research papers, and considering the success achieved in the previous conferences, ENTER2011 is having a call for testimonials primarily aimed at industry (private and public) representatives and practitioners, who have valuable experience to report.

Testimonials will be in the form of a presentation at one of the sessions in the ENTER2011 Industry Track. A proposal should consist of a 500-600 words abstract containing a brief description of the testimonial along with possible results and conclusions. Authors should also include a short bio (50 words) and a short presentation of their organization (100 words). Official conference language is English (no translation services are available at the conference).

Possible topics include, but are not limited to, the following: new projects, implementations, products and process innovations, gaps in existing applications, ideas and visions for near-term research work in the area of Information and Communication Technologies applied to the travel and tourism sector. Abstracts, in the form of a Word document, must be submitted by September 30, 2010 via email to enter2011.industry/at/iby.it. Feedback will be given to all submitters by October 19, 2010, stating the acceptance or inappropriateness of the proposal and, possibly, requests for modifications.
