Important notes:
- To guarantee a hotel reservation, provision of credit card details is required. The card will not be charged, unless cancellation fees apply. All other payments have to be settled with the hotel directly.
- Early reservation is recommended, because at wintertime there is commonly a shortage of free hotel rooms. In case the requested category is not available any more, PCO TYROL CONGRESS retains the right to arrange accommodation in a different category.
- Hotel reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to December 26th, 2010. For cancellations after this date or no-shows a cancellation fee of one night can be charged.
- Check-in time in most hotels is 12.00. Please indicate at reservation, if you will arrive at the hotel after 18.00. Failure to do so may mean that your room will be released.
- Any change to a reservation must be made in writing to PCO TYROL CONGRESS, NOT directly to the hotel.
