The participation fee for ENTER2011 must be paid always prior to the event. No registration will be confirmed before the payment is received.

Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge, to be worn all times during the Conference activities and social events.

Registration as a delegate includes:
• admission to all scientific sessions, to the poster exhibition and to the industrial exhibition
• admission to the Welcome Party and to the ENTER 2011 Conference Dinner.
• coffee breaks
• a bag with conference materials and badge

**** Participation of the ENTER2011 Conference Dinner is not included into Student Type of Registration. Tickets for the dinner will be awailable to purchase at the welcome desk (45€).

Terms of Payment:
Payment has to be effected immediately along with the registration and be made in Euro.
No registration will be confirmed before payment is received. All Bank Transfers must be clearly marked with the delegate’s name and “ENTER2011”. Two modes of payment are possible:

(Please note: all bank charges, i.e. also foreign ones, have to be borne by the participant. Do not forget to instruct your bank to process the remittance “free of all charges for the beneficiary”. Remember to clearly indicate the name of the participant on the transfer slip!)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a registration must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat. A full refund minus a € 50.- administrative fee will be granted to cancellations received before/on December 26, 2010. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. However, it is possible to transfer the registration to another person (at no extra charge). Nomination of a substitute delegate should be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat or can be made on-site at the registration desk. In the latter case, the substitute must bring a letter of confirmation signed by the original registrant.
Refunds will be credited to the registrant’s account after the conference. Please allow 3-4 weeks to process the refund.
